X visa to Q1 or Q2 type

Hi, I've been studying in China since 2011 and never left China in these almost 5 years, recently I got married with a Chinese girl and I want to know could I apply for Q1 or Q2 type while I'm in China or not, coz I hold X type. thank you all

You can probably convert your X type to Q1/Q2 type when you are in PRC.
