About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Arriving from HK on Air China at 11:40am at PEK connecting to Vancouver at 13:00 also by Air China.

As there is only 1 hour and 20 minutes for the transfer, can the luggage make it? And is the time enough for me to transfer even the time is so short?

Your luggage will be delivered to the final destination. You needn't claim it at PEK.
The connecting time is enough for you to finish the transfer procedures. The minimum connection time is 60 minutes by the way.:)
