About:China Visa

US Government Employee

I am a US federal government employee, in a career civil-service position. I intend to visit PRC for personal travel -- nothing related to government work. On the Chinese visa form, would this make me a "company employee", or a "government official"? If the latter, would that affect my ability to get a travel entry permit, and would it require any special documentation?

DS, you can just check the "government official". I don't think it will affect your application.
