About:China Visa

VOA visa for Shenzhen & Shanghai

Hi, i am dutch citizen and travel from:
AMS - HKG arr.26 juli
HKG - SHZ dep metro 27 juli
SHZ - HK dep metro 28 juli
HKG - SHA dep air 29 juli
SHA - HKG dep 31 juli
HKG - AMS dep 3 aug

For HKG - SHZ can I ask for VOA permit?
For HKG - SHA can I ask in Shanghai VOA permit?

Dear Spekkie, for HKG - SHZ, you can ask for the VOA permit in Shenzhen. For HKG - SHA, I'm afraid you can't get the VOA. I personally advise you to take a flight from SHA or PVG to AMS directly or a flight that stops over a third country, in this case, you can use the 144h free transit policy in Shanghai.
