Hi, I'm Indonesian working using white collar working(白領) visa in Taiwan. I hold Taiwan arc. So is it possible for me to get an entry permit in Hongkong? Looking for L type since my destination is Shanghai and Guangzhou

Jhoel, actually, if you don’t have HK residence permit in HK, it’s not easy for you to get the L type in HK.
You can try to find a travel agency in Taiwan to apply the L type for you.

That is technically up to whether the Hong Kong CVASC accepts your application. IIRC they now have an online registration system so it should be easier to get a number (although you still have to wait once inside). However keep in mind that reports for applying a visa often comes from those with citizenship in developed countries so your experience May differ.
