Flying in leaving by cruise ship

Hi, I will be flying in from Frankfurt arriving into PVG on a Thursday morning then leaving on a cruise ship from Shanghai the next Sunday (3.5 days) with the first stop being South Korea - I assume we qualify for the 144 hour visa but can you confirm?
