About:Chinese Embassy in Iran

I am flying from Seoul to Tehran and I have lay over in PEK airport

Do I have to aquire chinese transit visa?

Solina, if your layover in PEK airport is less than for 24 hours, no transit visa is required. You can use the 24 hour direct transit then.
