As I know, the best place may be Tai Hang, Causeway Bay. The Fire Dragon Dance will be held there from 20:15 to 22:30 on September 14th and 15th, and from 20:15 to 22:00 on September 16th, 2016. You can take MTR Island Line to Tin Hau Station, Exit A1. Cross King's Road and turn right. Walk straight to the second junction on the left to enter Tung Lo Wan Road, which leads to the Tai Hang area :)
