About:Embassy & Consulates of Mexico in China

Tourist visa to Mexico for philippina working legal in china

My friend has been working legally in China for 3 years and wants a tourist visa to come to visit me in Mexico. Can they go to Mexican consulate in China or do they have to go to a tour agency.

They should go to the consulate general of Mexico to apply for it in person.
