You need to apply for a Hong Kong Visit visa at Embassy of China in the Lao (add: Wat Nak Road, Sisattanak, Vientiane, Lao P. D.R). It usually takes 4 weeks to get the visa if you are not refused once all the documents are submitted.
(A) Forms and Documents to be submitted by the Applicants
1) Application for Entry for Visit in Hong Kong (ID 1003A)
2) Recent photograph
3)Photocopy of your travel document containing personal particulars, date of issue, date of expiry and/or details of any re-entry visa held (if applicable)
4) Photocopy of proof of your financial standing, e.g. bank statements and proof of employment (if any), e.g. company leave letter, etc.
5) Photocopy of proof of transportation arrangement, e.g. flight itinerary
6) Photocopy of proof of the proposed leisure visit to Hong Kong, e.g. receipt of itinerary, etc. (for leisure visit only)
(B) Forms and Documents to be submitted by the Sponsor
(i) For application in which the sponsor is a Company:
1) Application for Entry for Visit (Sponsor) in Hong Kong (ID 1003B)
2) Photocopy of Business Registration Certificate
(ii) For application in which the sponsor is an Individual:
1) Application for Entry for Visit (Sponsor) in Hong Kong (ID 1003B)
2) Photocopy of the sponsor's Hong Kong identity card
3) Photocopy of the sponsor's travel document containing personal particulars, date of issue, date of expiry, and the latest arrival stamp/extension of stay label in the HKSAR (for non-permanent resident of the HKSAR only)
