Enquiry about X1 Visa to China

Hello, I am Myanmar national and applying for X1 type entry permit in Bangkok... Will they process for me here in Bangkok or do I have to go back to Myanmar to do that? I have submitted the necessaries documents including my work permit since I am working here.... Thank you so much for your advice!
