About:Chinese Embassy in South Africa

I am currently a South African citizen with a South African passport, although I was born in Zambia

I would like to visit Shanghai as a tourist for 2 days, where I would board a cruise ship and sail to Hong Kong for 1 day plus Sanya for 1 day, apart from other Asian countries. Do I need a visa for China?

Roy, yes, you need an entry permit for PRC and you should apply for it ahead of your trip.
