About:China Visa Exemption

Does Hong Kong count as 3rd country?

If I fly from Seoul (Incheon), South Korea to Shanghai, then from Shanghai to Hong Kong, then from Hong Kong back to Seoul, would this qualify?

Hi Jim! Hong Kong can count as a third country, so your route is eligible.
