About:Kunming Airport

Do I need a transit visa for 9 hours layover in Kunming Airport?

What kind of visa I need? I am Indian National.
What is the charges of visa?
Considering I want to visit the city during this layover.

You are eligible to the 24h visa free policy. Thus, no visa is required. Upon landing, just apply for a stay permit and you can leave the airport for the downtown area. By the way, you can go to see these places: Golden Horse and Jade Rooster Archways and Nanping Street. Have fun! :)
