I already checked with air asia. They dont do the luggage transfer with china air. Which means i have to get my luggage in PEK airport. Can i pass trough the immigration to take my luggage and recheck in again with my next carrier? Assuming i already printed out my boarding pass from air asia

And there goes my luggage. The immigration officer didnt let me go trough to take my luggage and check in again my luggage with the next flight..and air china decided not to take responsibility for me to go take the luggage..which is funny because my friend flying with mongolian air manage to get the staff of the airline to help him..but this is not possible with air china..i stucked there at the immigration area running back and forth to air china office..and finally i manage to board the flight..but without my luggage. Why do the 24TWOV exist if i cant even take my luggage..and the weird part is the staffs in mongolia said i can go out the immigration to take my luggage and recheck in again for my next flight..visa free..so much confusion in the immigration office
