About:Baggage Allowance and Transportation

Baggage

If I want to travel in china via the train line, and say i buy stuff as i go and the baggage totals to 40kg - will that be a problem? will i have to pay extra? As my plane ticket allows 2 checked bag not exceeding 23kg each. On top of that I'll have my carry on too. And regarding powerbanks, mine is CE 20,000MAH, is that okay? Or is only CCC powerbank allowed in China?

No, it won't be a problem for sure without extra money. It's OK take to take 20,000 mAh powerbank. It doesn't have to be CCC for trains.
