Personally, I advise you to apply from Germany, because it will be more convenient. However, if you want to apply from Thailand, you should go to the CVASC office in Bangkok to submit the application. The application documents include your passport, a copy of your passport, an application form, a recent passport-style photo, the original and photocopy of your entry permit for Thailand, and round-trip tickets and hotel bookings for the upcoming tour.
