About:China Visa Exemption

On Nepalese passport, travelling Brisbane - Kathamandu - Brisbane, do I need visa for transit hotel

I have Nepalese passport, travelling via guangzhou airport for Brisbane - Kathamandu - Brisbane. On return journey from Kathmanadu, there is 15 hour transit, I am planning to book transit hotel looks like most of them are outside airport, Do I need to obtain entry permit as the period is still below (24 hours) but may need to pass coustoms. Please advise

Ashish, no, you don’t need to apply for an entry permit because you will be able to make use of the 24 hour direct transit in Guangzhou. You can apply for a free temporary stay permit at the airport and then go to the hotel.
