Arriving on cruise ship at Shanghai then departing by air to Heathrow uk

On the 29/09/2016 We end our celebrity cruise of Japan and South Korea docking at the Shanghai port. On arrival we are then transport to the airport for our flight back to Heathrow Uk. Do we qualify for the 72 hour free transit ? I read that this port is now included.
Many thanks Janet
