Dear Arthur, yes, your wife can bring your daughter to stay with her in PRC. Your daughter can apply for an S1 visa. The required documents include your daughter’s passport and copy of its data page, the application, a recently-taken passport-sized photo, an invitation letter from your wife and her Chinese ID card as well as your daughter’s birth certificate.
And then submit the application to the CVASC to apply for the S1 visa.
