2 days stay

Hi,
My name is Julio and Im cabin crew of Emirates and I will have 32 hours in Beijing and I would like to take my mother in law (polish passport holder) with me during my stay. Does she need a visa, or can she go with this 72 hours transit permit proved that she will return with me the next day?
