About:Hong Kong Octopus Card

Am I eligible for concession on the MTR card in Hong Kong?

I am 62 years old and hold a British passport. I am of indian origin
Residing in China since 15 years.
Do I get a octopus concession card?

I‘m afraid that you cannot get the preferential card, because the elder card is for people over 65 years old. Just have a normal one and you can still get some discounts on public transportation.
