Hi,I have a fairly complicated situation and I'm not sure where to obtain advice.I'm currently living in PRC (british national) and halfway through processing a divorce with a chinese national.We have a daughter together who was born in the UK but now lives with my ex-wife in PRC permanently.My daughter holds a UK Passport and citizenship and she is 2 years old if that helps.I want to stay in PRC so I can regularly see my daughter but I'm not sure if this is possible.I don't want to constantly have to renew a 60 day tourist L type, is there any longer term visas I can apply for? Any help is very appreciated! Francis

Francis, if so, you can apply for a Q1 type which will allow you to stay for more than 180 days in PRC.
