Can i get a Chinese Visa at Macau and get it the same day?

I read somewhere that the rules changed after the olympics but i am not too sure.
If i can get one there, what do i need?

If you want to apply for a tourist visa, first, prepare the required documents including your passport and copy of its data page, the application form with a passport-style ohoto attached, Macau residency permit, proof of transporattion and accommodation arrangements. Submit the application to the office of commissioner of the ministry of foreign affairs of PRC in Macau SAR to apply for it.
Generally, you cannot get it the same day. The procedure should need at least 2 days.
