About:Chinese Embassy in Kazakhstan

Residency in Almaty or in Astana influences where to apply for Chinese visa

Hello. I am from Kazakhstan and a resident of Astana city. I have to apply to X2 entry permit to study in Beijing. But I would like to apply for it in almaty. Is it possible to apply for the X2 in almaty or because of territorial rules I need to apply in Astana?

Dear, you need to apply for it in Astana because you live in the consular district of the embassy there.
