I am Hong Kong born Canadian, Can I use Hong Kong Macau Entry Permit to fly Beijing from Toronto?

I am Hong Kong born Canadian, I paid tour to Beijing in next week. I realized I cannot apply China Visa for the new rule. Can I use Hong Kong Macau Entry Permit to enter Beijing. It still valid for another 2 years.
