About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Visit to Beijing for three days

Flying Emirates airlines which has its hub in Dubai. So I plan to fly from either London or New York to Beijing via Dubai and then from Beijing to Brazil via Dubai. Does this fit within the 72 hour visa waiver program

Douglas, if so, you cannot use the 72 hour free transit because after staying in Beijing, you will fly back to Dubai, but in principle, you should fly to a third country or region.
