how to get visa HK from france for Vietnamese

Hello.
My name is Ly.i come from vietnam now i live in france, I want to get entry permit travel to HK. How can i do it?
What is documents i have to apply?

Ly, if you want to apply for a tourist entry permit to enter HK, you should first prepare these documents: copy of your passport, the completed application form, a recent passport-sized color photo, hotel reservation, flight itinerary, proof of financial support, and your travel plan. After, submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply, or post your application to HK immigration department to apply. Here is the postal address:

Now i live in paris France(75012). Where can i apply my documents?
I can not appy my documents in this address.
