About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Flying from Manila to Xian, from Xian to US

Hi. Would we apply for the 72 hour free visa? We are flying from Manila to Xian. Then in less than 72 hours, we will fly from Xian to Los Angeles (USA). Please help! Thank you!
