About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I am will be transit for 11 hours in Beijing from US enroute to Malaysia

Is there a tour to visit around this city? Do I need a visa with Malaysian passport.
Arrive 4am; Leaving 4pm

Well, you don't need to have a visa. You can enjoy the 24 hours visa free policy because your stopover is within 24 hours. But if you wanna go outside of the airport and tour around downtown area, you need to apply for the Stay Permit first.
