chinese visa for australian travelling in germany

My current chinese student type will expire while travelling in Germany and I will not have time to renew it before I leave PRC will I be able to renew this in Germany As I will be going back to PRC to resume my study I have an australian passport

Joshua, may Ii know which type you hold? If it’s the X1 type, you just need to extend your residence permit in PRC and it will be easy to do. But if it’s the X2 type, once you exit, you need to re-apply for a new X2 type to enter PRC. You can apply for it in Germany.
