Holding a 10 Years Chinese VISA and I am from Hong Kong

Please would you advise what I should do if my company is relocating me to work in PRC. I am originally from Hong Kong and I have a Hong Kong Permanent ID card. I also hold a 10 years Chinese entry permit and I can go to visit PRC anytime. Do I need a work entry permit or residency permit?

If you will work in mainland PRC, I’m afraid you need to apply for a work Z type and then you can get a temporary residence permit, but your 10-year entry permit will be voided.
