About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I'm going from New York to Beijing then to manila, is capital airport easy to find your way around?

Are the airport signs in English, and do the airport personal speak English?

Yes, in general, you don't need to worry about this problem. There are enough detailed English signs at that airport that can help passengers find the right direction. And as I know, most airport staff can speak basic English. Thus it won't be difficult for you to communicate with them. :)
