Train from Airport to Hotel Ibis Hangzhou Song Dynasty

Please provide details on how to travel at 1130pm Saturday night to Hotel Ibis Song Dynasty

No.193 Zhong Shan Zhong Road, ShangCheng District - Main Train Station.
Is there a train or bus? I'm looking for cheapest and easiest way please.
What is the approximate price of a taxi?

According to your arrival time, you can still catch the shuttle bus Pinghai Line and get off at Grand Metro Park Hotel first. The duration is about 70 mins. And it costs CNY 20 per person. After arriving, take a taxi to get to the hotel. The cab fare would be CNY 10-20 at night.
