72h visa - Flying in Shanghai and out from Hangzhou

I fly to Shanghai from Vietnam and out from Hangzou to Singapore 2 days later.
Can I benefit from the 72h free transit ?

Thanks

Maurice, you cannot use the 72 hour free transit because the 72 hour policy stipulates that one can only transit in one Chinese city, but you will transit in two. However, you can use the 144 hour free transit and no visa is needed either.
