Me n my fiance are Pakistani. He is a PhD student at hong Kong

I want to ask if it is possible that we get married and live at hong Kong? He has no other job, he gets fellowship from university. He is coming in few months and I intend to apply for visit visa and go with him and then once I get my Pakistani marriage certificate I will apply for dependant permit while living in hong Kong at visit entry permit. Is there any possibility? Please guide me.
