Does Airport Express has a stop by Big Buddha site?

No, it doesn't stop near the site. Only four stops are along the way: HKIA, Tsing Yi, Kowloon and HK Stations. For the Big Buddha, it is best to arrive at Tung Chung MTR Station by bus or MTR, and walk out from exit B for the NP cable car. By taking the car, you can go up to the top and see the Buddha.
