About:China Visa

I am a Malaysian Citizen but reside in Canada. I have a 20 hr transit in Beijing

I need to get out of the transit area for short sightseeing, do I need a visa and if so where do I apply for one

Hi Victoria, you don't need it. To get out of the airport, you just need to apply for a temporary stay permit at the airport.
