About:China Visa Exemption

Clarification on Direct Transit Policy for Foreigners

Flight from Singapore to Dubai with a lay-over in Guangzou for 7 hrs. Can I go sightseeing and leave the airport if I can get the Temporary Entry Permit? Im from the Philippines. Thanks.

Yes, if you can get the temporary stay permit, you can leave the airport and have some tour around the city.
