About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24 hr free visa

hi! i am from the Philippines. i will be travelling to Canada this June and i have a 15hr layover in Shanghai. i would love to go around the city while i am waiting for my flight. Am i qualified to the 24-hr direct transit?

Jaye, you qualify for the 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai. You just need to apply for a temporary stay permit at the airport and then you can go round the city. And the stay permit is free of charge.
