About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

HND -> PEK -> MUC. Does the visa-free policy apply?

I hold an Italian passport. Flying Tokyo -> Beijng Capital Airport on Sunday 5th of June (landing at 8 PM). Departing from the same airport ahead to Munich on the 8th of June (1PM).
