About:China Transit Visa

I am from South Africa, I would like to visit Guangzhou for a week, do I need a visa?

I only got my passport this month in May, and I plan on going to Guangzhou in September for a week.

Carol, yes, you need it and you can apply for a tourist L type one month earlier before your trip if you go there for sightseeing purpose.
