About:China Work Visa

Is it mandatory to cancel Z visa and work permit after quit the job ?

If i will leave my job without cancel my Z type or resident permit, is there any ban to get z type again ?

Rock, it’s mandatory to cancel your work permit after you quit the job. As for the residence permit, you can cancel it or not. It doesn’t matter.

How to cancel the Work permit ? If I will return to my country without resignation can my employer cancel it ? is it mandatory to be present myself here in china for cancelation ? or my employer can do it ?

You don’t have to be present. Your employer should cancel the work permit for you. But the original alien employment permit needs to be provided for the cancellation.
