About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

US Resident in France

I am a US Citizen with residence in France (living near the Swiss border). Can I apply for a visa from France or Switzerland? Thank you very much for your help!

Ken, since you have residence in France, it's better to apply from France.

If you have an USA passport you don't need entry permit to Taiwan.
