About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

15 day stay in Guiyang. Do I need a visa?

I'm an English citizen, I am traveling to China to visit my girlfriend, I'll be flying to Shanghai then to Guiyang. Do I need an entry permit for the short stay?

Michael, you need to get an L type entry permit for the short stay. You can ask your girlfriend to write you an invitation letter to be used for the application.
