About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Visa for Tianjin arrival from cruise ship

We are traveling on a cruise ship that ends in Tianjin china we are thinking of going into Beijing maybe staying 1 or 2 nights before flying into Singapore back to perth Australia. Also if we need one can we get Group entry permit as we are a group of 3 families 6 adults and 4 children.

Luci, because you will go there by ship, you cannot enjoy the 72 hour free transit.
But if your stay in PRC is less than 24 hours, you can use the 24 hour direct transit.

Otherwise, you need to apply for a tourist L type. if you want to apply for a group tourist L type, I’m afraid you need to book a tour from a travel agency because the group tourist L type is issued to the tourist group organized by a travel agency.
