About:China Visa

Visa expired, law broken, will that be a problem in getting a new visa to another country?

Valera, what do you mean? If you are from a third country and stay in USA now, but your entry permit has expired and you broke the law, I’m afraid you cannot apply for a new entry permit to another country from USA. You should come back to your home country and apply for it.
