can finnish citizens get a visa to china from lusaka?

I and my two teens start our half-year world tour on July 2. We'll travel to PRC on Nov 23. Is it possible for us, as Finnish citizens, who are just visiting Zimbabwe for a month, to get visas to PRC from the Chinese embassy in Lusaka? Hanne Orrenmaa

Hanne, if you have valid entry permit to Lusaka, it’s possible for you to apply China entry permit from there.
