About:China Visa

Hi! I'm Finnish citizen traveling (by buses and trains) in Asia.. At the moment in Malaysia. Would someone know can I apply and get a tourist visa to China from Bangkok or somewhere else? It's not possible in KL, 'cause I have only tourist visa to Malaysia.

Thank you!
