London-Hong Kong-Shanghai-London: Is 144 hour transit visa valid?

I have a flight from London to Hong Kong (staying for 3 days), then flying to Hongqiao Airport (stay for 5 days), then fly from Pudong Airport to London. Is this route valid for 144 hour transit visa?

Many thanks in advance!
